Every ministry at FUMC has a home on one of three teams, Gather, Grow, or Go,  and every team needs people like you. Your time matters, no matter how much of it you have to give. Whether you have two hours a month to spare or are looking for a standing weekly commitment, there is a place for you.

Leadership Board

Our Leadership Board guides the vision, future, and direction of this church. It is intentionally designed to make sure that the people actively doing the work of ministry always have a real voice in the conversation.  Trustees, SPR (Staff Parish Relations), and Finance carry voice and vote while our Gather, Grow, and Go Team Leads bring the voice of every ministry into the room. A separate Nominations Committee, chaired by the Lead Pastor in accordance with The United Methodist Book of Discipline, helps identify and raise up new leaders for this work.
