Our Santa Fe ministry is one of the ways we partner with God to live out our mission to transform the world one life at a time. At Santa Fe Elementary, volunteers build relationships, strengthen skills, and share the love of Christ with students through direct mentoring. We also provide  snack sacks with food and juice  for children from food-insecure homes to take home for the weekend.We also love and support the teachers by serving as classroom assistants, sending notes of encouragement, and hosting teacher treat days.

Part of our Santa Fe Elementary School and Smith Intermediate School partnership, Snack Sacks make sure any student facing food insecurity has food to take home over the weekend and can come back ready to learn on Monday morning.

The FUMC Financial Assistance Program helps neighbors in the Cleburne and Keene community who are unable to cover a utility bill or rent in a hard season. This ministry runs entirely on generosity beyond our regular budget, meaning every single dollar you give makes a direct positive difference in a local family's life  .

All ages and skill levels welcome, you don't need to know how to sew to belong here. Every Wednesday at 2pm, this group sews prayer quilts. Once finished, each quilt is prayed over and sent to hospitals, local families, and anyone going through a trial who needs to be wrapped in prayer, quite literally. 

Our men’s ministry meets for fellowship and actively organizes hands-on mission projects and service opportunities in our church and community as needs arise throughout the year.

Jail Ministry Walking alongside Johnson County Jail, our Jail Ministry teaches a weekly class using foundational studies like The Purpose Driven Life. We also host a Christmas meal and worship service every Christmas Eve Day, and celebrate baptisms at the start of each new year for those ready to commit their life to Christ.

What started as a simple question, “how do we keep our Wednesday Night dinner leftovers from going to waste?” has grown into a year-round partnership with Victory Church.Together we provide a warm meal once a week to our neighbors experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.

Caring for the sick has been part of the church's mission since the earliest days of the gospel. Through a covenant with Texas Health Resources, our Faith Community Nurses help people of all ages understand their health conditions and medications, navigate the healthcare system, and take steps toward wellness and healing.

Once a year, we mobilize as a church family to serve our local community. We take on whatever is needed most, whether that means building a wheelchair ramp, tackling yard work, or painting a house for a neighbor in need.  And once a year, we turn that same energy inward, tackling the odds and ends around our own building like reorganizing the Kids workroom, clearing space for a new ministry, and fixing the little things that keep getting put off.
